I offer Gentle Yoga Classes in the gorgeous space of The Yoga Well, Dunshaughlin Co. Meath.
Currently I teach a Thursday 7-8pm class. This class is suitable for beginners and those who already have a practice but fancy some gentle movement. The classes include; movement, breath work, meditation and relaxation. My wish for my Yoga students is to become comfortable and stronger in their own bodies, gain an awareness of their breath and calm the mind through the beautiful practice of Yoga.
